Position:
The President role reports to the board of directors and have management oversight over key functional areas.

Strategy – They will directly oversee the strategy for the company and are responsible for setting the high-level vision, along with the company board of directors. They will align teams to the strategy.
Retail Outlets – They will drive growth and profitability through the retail outlets of the organization. They will evaluate the profitability of the existing doors and will open new locations according to the overall company plan.
Digital Product – They will invest in the digital channel by offering innovative and customer centric experiences. They will use a product and ROI focused framework to make investments and drive digital innovation.
Operational Rigor – They are a savvy operator that has scaled retail companies in the middle market sector. They have strong operational capabilities and are able to execute complex strategies.
Technology & Infrastructure – They will influence the technology roadmap for the company, including by investing in and improving the company’s technology infrastructure.
Product Leadership – They will further enhance the company’s merchandising strategy and ensure that they remain a top retailer in their category through offering a compelling assortment of products.
People Leadership – They will lead a dynamic team of executives and the overall organization through continued growth.
Innovation – They will ideate and support innovative ideas that can help drive future growth opportunities.
