The Program Benefits Coordinator is responsible for the execution of, and recordkeeping associated with the home delivery program in partnership with Swedish Hospital that allows The Friendship Center to provide hope and dignity in our community through access to food and other vital resources.
- For Swedish Hospital program participants
- Coordinate monthly home deliveries by adequately engaging and training volunteers
- Provide public benefits application assistance where applicable
- Communicate regularly with participants to better understand additional possible support areas
- Maintain program participant records and generate reports for relevant stakeholders
- Participate on Swedish Hospital partnership calls as needed
- Collaborate with Public Benefits Manager and other staff to ensure efficient and compassionate service is delivered to all clients and partners
