As a GuidePoint Security Project Coordinator you are managing a unique portfolio of security focused Professional Services engagements which directly contribute to our clients’ goals and success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Efficient and effective management of Professional Services projects through the full engagement lifecycle:
- Assist with resourcing and proposed schedules.
- Assist with preparations and execution of the internal and external project kick off meetings to include but not limited to presentation decks, meeting notes, coordination, scheduling, and facilitating.
- Assist with project plan development, as it is required in the SOW or requested by the practice.
- Assist with project close activities to include project close out meeting with the client, internal processes to ensure proper revenue, cost recognition and invoicing, and formal communication to the client of closure in GuidePoint systems.
- Ensure regular and timely communications to all key stakeholders.
- Manage project issues and risks to resolution.
- Maintain and foster internal and external customer relationships, ensuring objectives and statement of work deliverables are met.
- Plan and manage resources ensuring all projects meet scope and budget expectations.
- Maintain the project management applications for project data.
- Manage and support internal processes for revenue recognition and customer invoicing.
- Adhere to project management methodology and process documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:
Required Experience:
- Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a consulting service organization or similar IT Project Management structure.
- Intermediate use of all Microsoft Office Suite and project planning tools, with advanced ability to utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for project reporting.
- Familiarity with project management applications, reviewing and auditing timecards/time entries and invoices.
- Experience in reviewing and auditing timecards/time entries and invoices, identifying issues and inaccuracies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and financial health.
- Verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively for both internal and external audiences.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks and prioritize work assignments.
- Ability to build customer relationships that enhance communications to ensure project success.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work
- Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers for a minimum of 8 hours a day
- Required to have close visual acuity to view computer terminal and/or extensive reading for a minimum of 8 hours a day
