The Tactical Opportunities Associate will support and assist in the exploration and execution of DBH’s tactical opportunities and strategic projects. They will work alongside the EVP of Tactical Opportunities across a broad selection of projects, including work related to the Office of the CEO & Chairman and the identification of new partnership or capital deployment strategies. The Corporate Development Associate will be directly involved in research projects related to strategic projects, the potential development of a content series, and presentation creation for the executive management team.
The Tactical Opportunities Associate will work closely with the EVP of Tactical Opportunities; Chief of Staff to the CEO.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Creative & developmental work related to the potential development of a content series with production companies
- Research and analysis related to new strategic projects and initiatives
- Operational analytics and presentation creation for projects related to the office of the CEO
- Travelling to our clubs for meetings with team personnel or diligence on certain aspects of the business
- Create initial diligence read-out packages and memorandums to summarize new opportunities to DBH Senior Executives
- Operate as a strategic partner to Senior Executives by assisting with other high-impact tactical opportunities projects across DBH’s various business units
- Undergraduate degree and strong academic record
- Sports experience is preferred, but not required, however, strong interest in sports business is required.
- Strong creative skills, with a preference for interest in content development and production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a unique ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Self-starter with comfort executing multiple projects simultaneously
