JOB DESCRIPTION
This position is responsible for leading and facilitating all processes and programs related to refrigeration education. In addition, the trainer will assist with curriculum development and implementation strategies. Lead and conduct both lecture and hands-on learning activities for employees in all markets.
Train associates on assigned refrigeration installation and service jobs:
- Work with install planner and service dispatcher to complete jobs as directed.• Work with refrigeration install and service teams to complete all jobs. • Ensure techs have basic tools to carry on all calls.• Ensure clock in and out on service app daily.• Ensure associate uses service app daily-Select On Way to begin drive time, On Site for work time and Completed/Not Completed to close service tickets each day.• Ensure associate can add all parts and materials used on the job to service app.• Ensure associate has ability to maintain vehicle inventory/part inventory.• If no training assignment is available, helping with service calls and installations will be required.
Develop both install and service refrigeration technicians:
- Train the associate to become proficient refrigeration installer.• Train the associate to become a proficient refrigeration service technician.• Direct the associate to purchase required tools that are not provided by the company.
Provide feedback to operations manager and business development manager during one on ones:
- Share information about working relationships.• Suggestions to support the team.
Your performance:
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback to manager during one on ones.• The manager will provide feedback and coaching based on performance. • Technician and manager will discuss next steps or milestones.• Manager will provide feedback; Positive as well as corrective including write ups, performance improvement plans up to and including termination.

- Include but not limited to restaurants, hospitals, hotels, convenience stores, truck stops and more.• Day and night work.• Weekend work.
- Must be able to lift and lower 40-75 lbs. • Must be able to work 50 hours per week as required.
- Must be able to travel to customer sites.• In state and out of state.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
