Job Summary of the Resort Manager: The Resort Manager will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the resort’s vision and mission are met. Manage the staff and ensure the highest customer care and customer service standards.
Qualifications of the Resort Manager:
● Implementing and enforcing company policies, processes, and procedures● Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism● Hiring and firing staff, reviews, onboarding and training new staff● Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility● Collaboration with the marketing team to promote and attract new customers● Implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience● Adhering to the company’s core values and fostering a positive and supportive work environment● Acting as a mentor and leader for the staff● Foster and develop relationships with staff and customers
