Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry / Customer Service Representative in Philadelphia. This role will primarily focus on accurately entering client information and providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
Pay range:
$17.50 - $27.00 hourly
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and emails from clients, providing information about insurance products, coverage options, and pricing.

Assist clients with policy inquiries, billing questions, claims processing, and other insurance-related issues.

Document client interactions and transactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.

Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues or concerns.

Collaborate with internal departments, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to resolve client inquiries and provide comprehensive support.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
