We are looking for a

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement category strategies to optimize product assortment, pricing, and promotions.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and profitability metrics for assigned categories.
- Drive product development initiatives and launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute promotional plans and marketing campaigns to drive category growth.
- Evaluate and optimize category performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry developments and regulatory requirements affecting assigned categories.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in category management, product management, or related roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful category strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with category management software is a plus.
