Media organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their firm. Must have previously supported high-level executives within an office setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support by proactively assisting and anticipating needs
- Act as a gatekeeper for executives, handling phone and email correspondence
- Calendar management, scheduling meetings appointments and travel
- Prepare and distribute agendas, letters, reports, presentations, and other communications including confidential documents
- Utilize concur for expense management, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate all in-person, virtual, and over-the-phone meeting logistics
- Flexibility to take on other ad hoc projects and help out where needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Must exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with Microsoft teams and Concur
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to wear many hats and have a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
