Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for the leadership team.
Communication: Handle email correspondence, draft and proofread documents, and prepare reports.
Project Assistance: Assist in managing and tracking various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
Data Management: Maintain and organize digital files, track important metrics, and update databases.
Event Coordination: Help plan and coordinate virtual meetings, workshops, and events.
Research: Conduct research on relevant topics and prepare summaries or recommendations based on findings.
Support Services: Provide general support to staff and volunteers, including answering queries and facilitating communication between departments.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as a personal assistant or in office management is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and handle unexpected issues professionally.
Confidentiality: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
