Job responsibilities include:
- Checking in patients
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Taking general information from patients
- Billing patients for their visit
- Answering questions regarding the practice membership
Education and experience:
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- 1-2 years of front desk experience is preferred.
This position is full-time (35 hours per week).
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. A rotating weekend shift is required.
