About the role
The Merchant Coordinator will be responsible for complete knowledge of the brand collections each season. This position will serve a critical role, interfacing cross functionally with Marketing, PR, Creative, Merchandising, Design and external partners. The individual in the role must be highly organized and able to multi-task.
The impact you can have
- Responsible for tracking, intaking, and organizing all samples
- Write and revise purchase orders
- Create and maintain visual sheets
- Assist in pulling and analyzing sales reports for various departments
- Maintain full knowledge of brand production line (working with Assistant Merchants, and Merchants), organize information in an organized and easily accessible way and communicate to key parties.
- Attend weekly meetings to support track line changes and communicate key info to respective teams.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, in a related field of study, or equivalent functional experience
- Interest in Merchandising entry role
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible/adaptable in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Proactive and positive attitude

- The target salary range for this role is: $24.50/hr
