Application Support Analyst - Remote - Full Time Permanent
We've been engaged by a $1B company to identify a skilled Application Support Analyst for a permanent position working remotely from anywhere in the US. The company provides a very unique (and important) service...one that you can feel proud to help provide.
The work is a true analysis...not just support! You'll join their 4 member team that does level II/III analysis for their core software (custom OS/ERP built on .NET and sitting in Azure). The environment has Salesforce, NetSuite, and ASP integrated. You'll diagnose, perform root cause analysis, resolve, and work with developers and users to ensure effectiveness.
You'll work remotely, but the company HQ is in Denver, so you'll visit there once per quarter. There may also be some travel to their Canadian locations as the core application will be rolled out to those locations in 2025.
You
- 3+ years of enterprise application support for a mid to large organization
- Thirst for growth, a can-do attitude, a problem solver, and a sense of urgency that makes you the person users rely on
Pay
- Base salary 90-100k, 10% bonus, outstanding benefits
