Job Summary/Purposes
Reporting to the President of Miu Miu Americas the E-Commerce Manager is responsible to support the development of eCommerce for Miu Miu across the Americas (US, CAN, Latam).The candidate will play an active role in the execution of activities aimed at: eCommerce platform optimization and evolution, e-merchandising and visual display improvement in coordination with HQ and local merchandising teams, eCommerce operations optimization, and business insights based on analysis of main KPIs to drive sales and provide best-in-class digital experience. This leader will play a key role in our Digital team, which is a rapidly growing business and a key focus area for the company.
Responsibilities:
Oversee digital merchandising and product catalog
- Manage the product catalog: launch new products, remove sold through styles, visually merchandise the website, refresh product categorization and visuals
- Partner with local merchandising to maximize sales potential across all categories
- Support with Client Services product training and selling tools
Coordinate digital marketing to support local offer and build qualified traffic including
- Coordinate email marketing, copy and targeting
- Provide guidance on local best practices for email marketing and recommend new programs to build email traffic and customer loyalty
Contribute to new technology developments and support operations:
- Organize and perform UAT’s to ensure local needs are addressed in project scopes and projects are delivered on time and meeting expectations
- Collaborate and coordinate with HQ to see developments, enhancements and issue corrections realized in a timely manner
- Raise and follow functional errors on the website
- Support President in the development of proposals for front/back end technology to enhance the client experience across the website and through client services
- Coordinate and implement updates to policies, procedures and workflows for operations, logistics, and legal
Manage Digital performance, insights & analytics:
- Analyze and report web analytics and business performance for opportunities to maximize digital sales and client engagement/retention
- Prepare and analyze reporting for merchandising (ex: category, sku) and marketing (ex: traffic, CTR) to identify opportunities to maximize digital sales
Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in digital, e-commerce, and client services
- Passion for digital and exploring new technologies
- Driven to ensure highest level of client experience
- Luxury sensibility and in-tune with the luxury competitive market
- Experience with product merchandising, digital merchandising systems and web analytics required; experience with Adobe, Qlik a plus
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to distill data into key insights; strong excel and powerpoint
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
The annual salary range for this position may vary from $120,000.00- $130,000.00 and if applicable, may be eligible for bonuses and other incentive opportunities. The rate of pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
