Job Summary: The Business Development Manager (Marketer) will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our homecare agency, which provides specialized support for adults with special needs. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and developing strategies to enhance the agency’s reach and impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving the lives of adults with special needs. Additionally, candidate must have experience working with DDD services.
- · Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve the agency’s growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the DDD provider agency sector.
- Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
- Negotiate and secure contracts with new partners and clients.
- Marketing and Outreach:
- Create a marketing strategy to develop and executes marketing campaigns that promote the agency’s services.
- Represent the agency at industry conferences, networking events, and community meetings.
- Program Development:
- Work with internal teams to develop and enhance programs and services that meet the needs of adults with special needs.
- Gather and analyze feedback from clients and partners to continuously improve service offerings.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets related to business development activities.
- Monitor financial performance and report on key metrics to senior management.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and agency policies.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes for senior management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the healthcare or home care industry.
- DDD (Developmental Disabilities) working experience
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, developing, and implementing business growth strategies, .
- Strong understanding of the homecare industry and its regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
