Accounting / Accounting Assistant Duties:
- Assist with Bi-weekly Payroll processing working with Paychex (experience with Paychex a Plus).
- Process payroll, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with members and coworkers.
- Weekly Accounts Payable processing of all club expenses/invoices.
- All Administrative functions including answering phones and replying to emails.
- Working closely with the owners and department heads.
- Greet and direct members & guests.
- Maintain work space.
- Administrative Assistant to Owner.
- Reports directly to Business Manager and The Owners.
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: (Preferred)
- Payroll: (Preferred)
- Experience in payroll processing (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook Email
- Publisher & Canva experience a plus.
