Job Overview
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Talent to lead our talent management and development initiatives. The Head of Talent will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can align talent strategies with business objectives, foster a culture of continuous learning, and drive employee engagement and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that supports the organization’s goals.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for all levels of the organization.
- Oversee talent development programs, including onboarding, training, career development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and create programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback, and coaching.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent programs and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent management, development, and acquisition.
- Develop and manage the talent budget and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Extensive experience in talent management, development, and acquisition roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to think strategically and align talent initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience with HR software and talent management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
