Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization's values and mission.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback sessions, and action planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to create programs that enhance employee morale, retention, and overall satisfaction.
- Design and execute programs that celebrate diversity, promote inclusion, and enhance team collaboration.
- Coordinate and manage internal events, team-building activities, and recognition programs to boost employee engagement.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and openness.
- Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with HR and other departments to integrate culture and engagement efforts into broader organizational initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in culture and engagement roles or similar HR positions.
- Strong knowledge of employee engagement strategies and cultural development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Experience with survey tools and data analysis to measure engagement and program effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
