Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports the organization’s growth and hiring needs.
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to achieve hiring objectives.
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Enhance employer branding efforts to attract top talent and improve the candidate experience.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage external recruitment partnerships, including staffing agencies, job boards, and recruitment vendors.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
