The Project Coordinator assists the PM and and Principle in managing day to day operations such as purchase orders, customer relations, scheduling, customer and vendor communications, timecard reviews, data entry in excel, office management, billing, organize and maintain project data electronically, and bid documentation.
The ideal candidate will require:
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and with the team
- Work in a fast paced environment
- Be a self starter
- Maintain cost databases
- Able to work in Microsoft Office
- Excel spreadsheets a must
- Eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- 2- 5 years experience
