Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team at Sage Creative. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and strategies. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and implement comprehensive social media campaigns for our clients, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create tailored social media strategies that align with business goals. Monitor and adapt strategies as necessary, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices.
- Content creation and curation: Produce, curate, and manage engaging and visually appealing content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms. Ensure all content is consistent with brand identity and messaging, and optimized for each specific platform and audience.
- Social media account management: Oversee and manage clients' social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant networks. This includes creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and conducting regular audits to ensure account health and performance.
- Community management: Engage with clients' audiences across all social media platforms, encouraging interaction, addressing inquiries, and fostering a positive and inclusive community.
- Analytics and reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and individual posts, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams. Generate regular reports detailing campaign success and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends: Continuously research and stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of the digital landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns for clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Proven experience using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with social media advertising, including Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and analyzing social media data to inform strategy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
