Maddie Traylor with Advanced Scope is currently seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join a growing healthcare team and play a pivotal role in shaping HR functions as they go through tons of growth! A great opportunity for someone in a generalist role to also lead into more of a Director role in the future as the company scales.
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing performance management, managing employee relations across multiple practice locations, overseeing the HRIS system (Paychex Flex), and assisting with several other HR functions such as benefit administration. Additionally, this role will involve managing vendors for benefits, talent acquisition, and employee forecasting. This person will collaborate closely with the medical director, clinic director, and other staff as new practices open. This position will operate in an office setting with the occasional ability to be remote. HR representation and employee relations matter!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Manage employee relations across several practice locations, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
- Oversee the HRIS system (Paychex Flex) and provide support for benefit administration.
- Manage vendors for benefits, talent acquisition, and employee forecasting, ensuring effective partnerships and cost-efficiency.
- Partner with the medical director, clinic director, and other stakeholders to support the organization's growth and expansion.
- Provide HR representation and support as needed in the offices, addressing employee relations issues and fostering a culture of open communication.
- Independently manage various HR functions including payroll, benefits, employee relations, business partnering, training, talent acquisition, and other related tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing and implementing performance management systems.
- Proven track record in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paychex Flex
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendors effectively and optimize partnerships for organizational success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- HR certification or in process of obtaining (e.g., SHRM,PHR, SPHR)
