Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting initial paperwork, and facilitating introductions to the team.
Employee Records: Help maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Administration: Assist with various HR administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and organizing HR files and documentation.
Training and Development: Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs.
Compliance: Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, assisting with audits and documentation as needed.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by helping organize company events, surveys, and recognition programs.
Project Assistance: Participate in HR projects and special initiatives, providing research, analysis, and administrative support as required.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or recent graduate.
Experience: Previous internship or relevant experience in an office environment is a plus, but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HR software or databases is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in handling HR documentation and data.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
