The
Marketing Director position exists to drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, increasing customer acquisition, and boosting revenue. Responsibilities include aligning marketing strategies with company objectives, leading brand management efforts, coordinating campaign execution, and conducting market analysis. By leveraging insights and fostering collaboration, this role strengthens brand equity and achieves business goals, thereby contributing to the organization's competitive positioning, customer attraction, and overall growth.
Essential Functions:
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals, conduct market research, and identify target audiences. Assess market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies and innovate marketing initiatives. Collaborate with senior executives to develop growth plans.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent messaging, visuals, and positioning. Monitor brand performance metrics and consumer perception, conducting market research to identify improvement areas. Collaborate with product teams to align brand with offerings and manage communication channels. Enforce brand guidelines for consistency across materials and ensure alignment across departments.
- Campaign Management: Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, coordinating with teams/agencies and managing budgets. Prepare effective advertising campaigns based on research, ensuring alignment across teams. Prepare post-campaign reports and recommendations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. Segment target markets and identify niche opportunities. Assess the impact of external factors on market dynamics. Recommend strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategic planning and stay updated on industry trends.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to marketing teams, delegating tasks, setting objectives, and empowering team members. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximize marketing impact, handling discipline and termination according to company policy.

Physical & Other Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
