Multi-Site Leasing Consultant
We are seeking an experienced multi-site leasing consultant with demonstrable success in luxury residential apartment leasing.
Summary and Objective: As a Leasing Consultant, you'll manage the leasing process from start to finish, represent our brand and deliver and outstanding leasing experience.
Responsibilities:
Leasing:
- Greet and assist prospective residents professionally.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting community features and amenities.
- Promote the brand and manage the leasing process per established policies and procedures.
Screening and Application Process:
- Explain lease terms and policies.
- Screen and verify applicants.
- Assist with applications and related documentation.
- Expedite applications and ensure a seamless experience.
- Coordinate move-in preparations.
Customer Service and Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and prospects.
- Address and follow up on questions and concerns promptly.
- Uphold the community's luxury standards.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance community reviews.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ leasing experience.
- Multi-site and/or lease up experience a plus.
- Proven success in goal setting and leasing conversion.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a 5-star experience.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Yardi and Yardi CRM preferred.
- Proactive problem solver with adherence to company policies.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Responsive to feedback and adaptable.
- Positive, personable, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Physical capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move objects up to 20 pounds.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
- Reliable transportation for travel between Playa Vista and San Fernando Valley.
Compensation:
- Hourly range plus commission.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
