Role Overview: As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and facilitating the loan application process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Client Consultation: Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate lending solutions.
- Application Management: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Prior experience in lending or finance is a plus but not a requirement
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivated: Strong drive and determination to succeed in a commission-based environment.
