Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Informs callers by answering or referring inquiries.
- Comfortable with dealing with heavy caller traffic and answering a multi-line phone system.
- Handling outgoing and incoming mail.
- Assisting office manager with administrative duties such as faxing, filing, scanning etc.
