Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced forklift Technical Service Specialist. Reporting the Director of Service, this position will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional after-sales service to our valued dealerships in the Mexico region.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical support to technicians and forklift dealership personnel.
Conduct onsite forklift troubleshooting and trainings at dealer locations as needed.
Assist with the development of service policies and procedures.
Handle customer technical inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain meticulous records of all repair and maintenance activities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in technical aftersales service in dealer workshops, preferably forklift.
English and Spanish fluency.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working technical knowledge of forklifts and related equipment
Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations
Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
