The Fried Turkey Sandwich Shop will need a day shift restaurant manager is capable of running the kitchen, strong in FOH, and must be capable of working all stations in a restaurant. Very simple operation. The schedule will primarily be 9:00am - 3:00pm, (give or take), Monday - Saturday, 4-6 days per week. This person must
- Be quick and accurate. We must be able to work all station accurately while keeping ticket times below 8-10 minutes. This applies for cooking, cleaning, prep work, etc.
- Reliable, Trustworthy, and Professional. You must be available Monday - Saturday during the time frames stated. Frequent call outs will not be tolerated. It is a very simple operation that is very easy to run, but you must be available, prompt, professional and most importantly, reliable.
- Clean. Uphold strict sanitation procedures. We work with raw meats, gas fryers, gas grills, and equipment that must be thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Versatile. This person must be capable of working all stations in the BOH but must also be competent in the FOH and registers. You must be able to greet guests and handle customer complaints.
- Cooperative. Must be able to work well and communicate with management and staff to work as efficiently as possible.
