Our client, a streetwear brand, is hiring an Allocator to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office).
Job Duties Include:
- Strategize and implement weekly store allocations, cycle counts, and inter-company transfers
- Report on sales and stock levels for all US points of sales and communicate findings and recommendations
- Ensure efficient goods flow from vendor to final sale
- Maintain catalogs through item creation and PO management
- Partner with teams to align inventory strategies with product launches
- Develop flow forecasts for in and outbound
- Assist with developing and implementing inventory control procedures
- Develop biweekly transfer and replenishment lists for stores and online
- Monitor product inventory uploads
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory management or a related role
- Proven stock management experience, including proficiency in other inventory management tools
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
- Analytical and qualitative problem-solving approach
- Strong organization and multitasking skills
- eCommerce and store management experience are a plus
- Market awareness and understanding of the competitive landscape
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with effective negotiation skills
- in Microsoft Office Applications with excellent mathematical literacy
Salary: $75k annually
