We are looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling and customer service. The Assitant Service Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all service standards are met and that customer satisfaction is maintained. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service staff and ensure that customer service standards are met.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues or complaints.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving customer service issues.
- Train and develop customer service staff in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.

Pay: $62,400.00 - $72,800.00 per year
