Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and managing administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be a team player with a passion for office management and a knack for ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee medical office management, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Handle all aspects of office administration, including payroll, accounting, and bookkeeping.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Train new staff members and provide ongoing support to ensure they are knowledgeable and competent in their roles.
- Manage and coordinate vendor relationships, including maintenance and repair services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to patient inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, including patient information, insurance claims, and office correspondence.
- Manage and maintain the office's inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are on hand.
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure that office operations support the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Skills:
- Strong background in medical office management.
- Experience with office management, including payroll, accounting, and bookkeeping.
-Proficiency in Quickbooks
-Knowledge of Medical Law
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional patient care.
- Ability to train and manage administrative staff.
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle all incoming calls and correspondence.
- Experience with vendor management, including maintenance and repair services.
- Knowledge of training development principles and practices.
