We're currently looking for an experienced Guest Service Agent to work as part of our customer service team. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can think quickly and handle challenging situations with poise and confidence. The successful candidate will demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and a passion for assisting clients.
Responsibilities:
- Listen to and comprehend guest requests and problems to discover and resolve guests' concerns.
- Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Fully understand hotel policies and procedures.
- Answer guest questions to resolve their issues.
- Work as a team member with other associates.
