Site Superintendent/Project Manager
Duties Include:
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Developing project schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
- Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and associated company personnel to facilitate the timely completion of projects
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide production
- Monitoring project progression and making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and to adhere to project's timeline
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control measures
- Collaborating with project team members to resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Preparing and submitting progress reports, budget updates, and other project documentation
- Managing project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs
- Utilization of project management software such as Pro Core, Builder Trend and Bluebeam to streamline communication and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with construction estimating and contract administration
- Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
