## Overview We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. ## Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times ## Experience - Proficient in English; multilingual or bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
