Inn at the Pines Assisted Living and Memory Care are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Community Liaison to join our team! Our beautiful 58 bed campus with both Assisted Living and Memory Care houses will be a joy to market!
The successful Community Liason will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, businesses, and other stakeholders in order to promote our organization’s mission and objectives.
The ideal Community Liason will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative programs that will benefit our organization and the community. This position will be census focused with the ability to drive referrals and assisted living admissions to grow census. Marketing and Admissions Directors in Long-term Care are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community referral sources and business partners.
- Provide information and resources to the community to attract referrals and admissions.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and events to engage the community and drive foot traffic.
- Development of Marketing Plan and strategy to increase occupancy.
- Complete tours of families and potentials admissions to sell the Inn at the Pines campus.
- Develop and implement outreach programs to engage the community in activities.
- Research, analyze, and report on community trends as it relates to Assisted Living and Memory Care.
