Job Summary:

TSI Corps LLC is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a thorough understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely payments and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and record accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Monitor and track payments and expenditures
- Handle vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and process employee expense reimbursements
- Generate and review monthly aging reports for accounts payable
- Process and record customer payments and ensure timely collections
- Monitor and track accounts receivable to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies in customer accounts
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to management
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
