In-Home Aide / Caregiver

Thrive Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated In-Home Aide / Caregiver to provide compassionate care and assistance to an individual with Cerebral Palsy. This rewarding role involves empowering a 42-year-old female with daily tasks and fostering independence.

In-Home Aide / Caregiver Responsibilities:

The In-Home Aide / Caregiver will support a 42-year-old female with Cerebral Palsy with her activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, meal planning and preparation, medication administration and community outing. Other duties will include light housekeeping.

In-Home Aide / Caregiver Qualifications:

At least one (1) year experience working as a caregiver or in-home aide, preferably with adults with developmental disabilities
High level of accountability and dependability
Must be able to provide hands-on care and support including bathing, dressing, changing depends, assist with medication, etc.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Must have a valid California Driver License
Must have access to reliable vehicle
Must be able to pass DOJ fingerprinting/criminal background check
Must be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
Must be able to obtain TB test result

In-Home Aide / Caregiver Benefits Include:

Full-Time (30+ hours per week)
