Overview: We are seeking a skilled Cook/ Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes. If you are a culinary enthusiast with a knack for menu planning and ensuring food safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food quality by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen - Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and create new dishes - Monitor food supplies and place orders as needed - Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines - Assist in the setup and cleaning of the kitchen and dining areas

Experience: - Proven experience as a Cook or similar role -

1. **Culinary Education**: Formal training from a culinary school or a degree in culinary arts is often preferred.

2. **Extensive Experience**: Significant experience in the culinary field, usually 10+ years, with time spent in various kitchen roles, including sous chef positions.

3. **Advanced Skills**: Mastery of cooking techniques, knife skills, and knowledge of multiple cuisines. Strong organizational, leadership, and management skills are crucial.

4. **Certifications**: Advanced certifications in culinary arts and food safety, such as ServSafe Food Manager Card.

5. **Leadership and Management Abilities**: Proven ability to lead and manage a kitchen team, oversee menu planning and development, control food costs, manage inventory, and ensure high standards of food quality and safety.

6. **Creativity and Innovation**: Strong sense of creativity for menu creation and innovation to keep the dining experience fresh and exexciting.

7. **Business Acumen**: Understanding of the business side of running a kitchen, including budgeting, cost control, and vendor relationships.

Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques - Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -
