Sample Maker

Summary/Objective:

Sample Maker constructs prototypes and models for testing and promotional purposes.

Essential Functions:

· Prepares, fabricates, and assembles materials and parts

· Garment construction according to specifications

· Operate/ maintain industrial sewing machines and other tools

Required Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

Ability to work independently

Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
Detail oriented with a strong follow-up initiative
Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.

Required Education and Experience:

Apparel/textile experience.
5 years of industrial sewing machine experience

Compensation:

Commensurate with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
