The Director of Supply Chain oversees all supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and yard operations. This role ensures that the supply chain is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. The Director provides cross-functional leadership, optimizing processes to meet business goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all supply chain functions, including inventory management and logistics, from material receipt to product delivery.
Develop strategies, policies, and procedures to improve supply chain performance and minimize risks.
Implement technology solutions to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical procurement standards.
Mentor and lead the supply chain team to maintain quality, safety, and operational excellence.
Monitor KPIs to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee demand planning and the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align production with customer demand.
Lead contract negotiations and manage departmental budgets.
Collaborate on new product launches and optimize ERP system implementation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7-10 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, with a focus on industrial manufacturing.
Strong skills in logistics software, ERP systems, data analytics, Excel, SQL, and PowerBi.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
