Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and creating a relaxing spa experience for our guests. This position would be ideal for recent high school or college graduates looking for a part time position to earn money and get valuable work experience.

Responsibilities
*Support therapist staff by folding and organizing laundry, filling and distributing massage creams, and helping to prepare treatment rooms prior to appointments

*Serve as a backup to front desk staff by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members and guests upon arrival, serving beverages, and checking in/out customers before/after services

*Assist in maintaining professional and organized front desk, lobby area, and treatment rooms

*Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys

*Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room

*Various other duties as assigned by Spa Management

Required Skills
*Customer service and/or front desk receptionist experience (Nice to Have)

*Knowledge of Booker software or any other appointment booking software (Nice to Have)

*Effective communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate spa policies and procedures to guests

*Cohesively work with other staff members in a fun and fast paced environment

*Customer service oriented with ability to communicate effectively and friendly with clients, Spa management and sales staff

*Must be able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends (Sat & Sun as needed).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
