Our company is looking for a Lead Mechanic to supervise and manage the team of mechanics that are responsible for maintaining the fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have considerable experience working with automobiles, trucks, and industrial equipment. The Lead Mechanic will be directly involved in identifying problems and developing solutions as well as ensuring that each mechanic on his or her team is working effectively.

Responsibilities:

Meet with customers to discuss repairs to vehicles.
Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems.
Be able to work with a team of mechanics as well as independently.
Keep up with ever-changing technology in the automotive industry.
Communicate with customers about vehicle repair progress.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
