Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential painting, carpentry experience a plus. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing various tools and techniques to ensure high-quality finishes on projects. Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
Caulking and filling nail holes.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Assist with remodeling tasks including carpentry.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Complete tasks cleanly and quickly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential painting or related fields.
Climbing ladders and scaffolding
Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality workmanship.
Ability to work well within a team environment and on own.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.
Must have reliable transportation. Job sites vary between Gibson and Madison Counties.
