We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by engaging with current clients, and effectively communicating with our lead attorney staff member to manage additional service opportunities and how our services can address those needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast paced creative sales environment. You will gain valuable experience in sales and customer relations, and contribute to the growth of our firm.

You will:

Identify and escalate good cases vs low probability Additional Service Opportunities
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor when dealing with agitated callers.
Accurately log call details and follow up on legitimate inquiries.
Provide general administrative support including scheduling appointments and data entry and DocuSign assistance
