In need of a energetic, charismatic reception for Queens offices. English/Spanish speaking

Location In Rego Park - 9530 Queens Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374

Sunday-Thursday

DUTIES ,BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Must be FRIENDLY, DETAIL ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, FAST LEARNER, GOOD AT MULTI TASKING
Submitting Preauthorization to Insurance Companies, checking eligibility
Answering telephone inquiries and direct calls
Targets patient satisfaction
Schedule appointments for patients , Confirm appointments
Prepare patients charts
Patient check-in check-outs
Retrieving patient records
Obtain, record and update patient’s insurance and personal information
Collect patients’ co payments
Interact with patients and other physician offices to assist with follow up appointments
Protects patients’ rights by maintaining patient confidentiality of personal and financial information
Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasked as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
