Job Purpose/Objective:
The night Selector receives order assignments from warehouse dispatch and builds the routes that will be going out the next day. Responsible for avoiding shorts, miss-ships and damaged or outdated product going out to customers.

Essential Job Functions:
1. Managing all labels printed for every route and filling the orders accurately.
2. Managing all add-ons for those routes and getting them together with the rest of the route.
3. Opening and closing assignments. Also, putting short products into the system.
4. Making substitutions and cancellations to orders throughout the night where needed
5. Making sure to finish all products that were left unmade by the PM shift, within reason.
6. Making sure the boards with shorts are noted and the drivers do not leave without their entire PreCut orders.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Product knowledge.
Experience with Assignment entry in ProducePro.
Know entire product library.
Able to count and build large orders of produce; at times, over 300 pieces.
Good memory skills and high energy.
Able to work in a cold environment (35 degrees)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
