Position: Admin Property Listing Assistant

Location: Remote

Commitment: 3 Hours Daily

Compensation: $40 per Hour

Job Description:

We are seeking an Admin Property Listing Assistant to help manage and update our property listings. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. As an Admin Property Listing Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all property listings are accurate, up-to-date, and compelling to potential renters.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update property listings on our website and various rental platforms.

- Create and edit property descriptions, ensuring they are clear, accurate, and attractive.

- Upload and organize property photos, ensuring they meet quality standards.

- Maintain and update property information, including pricing, availability, and amenities.

- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all listings are accurate and up-to-date.

- Respond to inquiries related to property listings as needed.

- Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Basic knowledge of real estate or property management is a plus but not required.

- Familiarity with WordPress or other website content management systems is a plus.

- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely.
