We are looking for a passionate BookKeeper

Role Overview

The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our financial records, processing transactions, and or reconciling accounts. You should have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and Quickbooks online.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide support with financial tasks and reporting.
Send timesheet to corporate .
Record financial transactions in accounting software in QuickBooks.
Proficient online quickbooks
Oversee invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Attend meetings with the CEO, when requested, to discuss/identify action items, deliverables, and follow-ups CEO needs in terms of billing & finances to get to the team.

Required Experience and Skills

Proven experience & expertise as a Bookkeeper or similar role.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks (Online & Desktop version).
Solid understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Reference as a bookkeeper

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
