Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary of $115,000+ yearly, with potential for year-end bonus and billing-based production bonuses

Responsibilities:

Manage construction defect and/or general liability cases from start to finish
Communicate with clients and their insurers
Draft motions, conduct legal research, attend court appearances and settlement conferences, take depositions, and attend trials
Supervise and mentor younger associates

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Colorado
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a civil litigation law firm
Experience in construction defect or general casualty law preferred
Familiarity with legal research software (Westlaw)
Able to work well as part of a team, as well as independently when necessary
Excellent communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills
